Established in Logan, UT
TimeClick, otherwise known as Hawkeye Technologies, LLC was founded in 1977. At first, we focused on financial data processing for banks and small businesses. During the first few years, our founder wrote a small in-house program to track his employees’ times. He called his time clock software TimeKeeper.
TimeKeeper changed the course of our company. Our founder decided to market the program and it took off. As a result, the company and software evolved rapidly. TimeKeeper “grew up” from a simple DOS time clock software to what is now TimeClick®, powerful yet easy to use time and attendance software.
Launch of TimeClick
We released the first commercial version of TimeClick® in 1993. Each new version of TimeClick includes several of our previously requested features. As a small business ourselves, we love building relationships with and listening to our users.
Therefore, we gather user requests while we work with and serve thousands of businesses across the U.S. and Canada. Once gathered, our team adds the feedback to our time tracking software. Every year, we release a new version of TimeClick for all our customers to enjoy.

TimeClick 19 is released with dashboard and attendance reports, payroll info, and mass entry editing.
2020
TimeClick 20 is released with dark mode, improved PTO tracking, and department head administrative access.

TimeClick 21 and the TimeClick Mobile app are released with in-app purchasing and account management.
