What is the TimeClick Unlimited Membership/Subscription?

From the initial purchase of a TimeClick license, every customer becomes a member of TimeClick Unlimited.

Our TimeClick Unlimited members enjoy three things:

  1. Free version upgrades (you get access to the latest version of TimeClick and we're happy to help you upgrade).
  2. Unlimited technical support from our highly acclaimed and friendly team here in Utah (just look at our reviews on Google, Capterra, G2, and more).
  3. Access to our mobile app (only admins can set this up).

 

This membership lasts for one year from the day of purchasing a new license. So from day one, every user gets unlimited support, help, and training as needed, as well as access to the latest version of TimeClick and any updates for 365 days.

One year from initial purchase, this membership subscription will automatically renew unless specified otherwise. It renews annually on the anniversary of your purchase date. No monthly subscriptions!

Renewal costs are based on the license size purchased and can be found here on our pricing page. Prices range from $99 a year up to $500/year on average, depending on the license size you have.

 

Are there any other support options?

We only support users with a TimeClick Unlimited Subscription. We do not sell one-time support fees or annual subscriptions that only have support. Our TimeClick Unlimited Subscription will give you access to the latest version, provide unlimited support as needed, and access to our mobile app if you have a Premium License (5 devices) or higher.

 

 

What if I cancel my TimeClick Unlimited Subscription but need support?

If you decide to opt out of your TimeClick Annual Subscription but later come across the need for technical assistance you have two options:

 

  1. Just reach out to us and explain the issue. Based on the nature of the issue you might be able to fix it yourself or we can provide you an email with steps to do so. This is generally fine with questions on learning or understand features and very simple fixes. We do our best to help out before charging anything.
  2. You can opt back in to a TimeClick Annual Subscription. We do not offer any one-time fee support charges. There are two options here:

 

If you're on the latest version, we charge the annual subscription amount, i.e. - for a Premium (5 device) license size it's $169/year - plus a small fee that opts you back into a TimeClick Unlimited Membership. So you're not just getting support, but you're now qualified for access to the latest version, too. See pricing here again if need be. We do not offer subscriptions with just support. We want to keep our users up to date as much as possible to provide the best experience for our customers and reps all around.


If you're on an older or unsupported version
(we generally only support our latest version of TimeClick), you'll need to purchase a new license of TimeClick. As mentioned previously, we don't support most versions of TimeClick other than our most recent, and we don't charge one-time support fees or offer support-only subscriptions. In these scenarios, we'll provide support as needed, but also upgrade you on the spot to the latest version! We often offer a helpful discount on your new license in this scenario. Same as a new purchase, you will now be on the latest version and have 365 days of support and access to the latest version of TimeClick.

 

 

Can I opt back into the TimeClick Unlimited Membership if I cancel?

Yes, but how this works depends on the version you're on, as mentioned above. If you're on the latest version, we charge the price of the annual subscription plus a fee to opt you back in.

If you're on an older or unsupported version, you'll need to buy a new license of TimeClick, but we often offer discounts in this scenario.

A user cannot just cancel the subscription, then opt back in at the same rate when an update comes out.

How long does TimeClick Unlimited membership last?

365 from the day of purchase. Our TimeClick Unlimited Subscription is an annual subscription. No monthly fees. Upon renewal date,  your TimeClick Unlimited Subscription must be renewed within 30 days of being due to avoid losing the benefits.

 

 

Can I buy a TimeClick license without the Annual Subscription?

No, every license comes with the annual membership included from the start, so you're covered for 1 year regardless. You can cancel at anytime though, but the benefits will remain through the first 365 days of having your license.

What are the hours of technical support availability?

Our reps are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

 

How responsive is the TimeClick technical support?

If a question is emailed during our business hours it normally takes one hour to get a response. We respond quickly! Most phone calls are answered within 15 seconds. If not, please just leave a voicemail we'll call\ back within one business day, but usually will get back faster than that - within an hour or two.
