What Support Options do you Offer?

At the initial purchase of TimeClick, every customer becomes a member of TimeClick Unlimited.* TimeClick Unlimited members enjoy free version upgrades, 20% discounts on license size increases, and unlimited technical support, including remote support. Annual renewal costs for TimeClick Unlimited members are based on the license sizes purchase and can be found here. After the first year, if the member decides to opt out of TimeClick Unlimited but later comes across a need for technical assistance they can either purchase a per-incident fee for $89 or enroll in an Annual Support Plan. The customer cannot re-enter the Unlimited membership once they've left, so enrolling in Annual Support Plan only covers technical support and does not include the other benefits of the Unlimited membership. What is the Difference Between TimeClick Unlimited and an Annual Support Plan?

TimeClick Unlimited members receive unlimited technical support, and free version upgrades, whereas Annual Support Plan holders only receive unlimited technical support. Both are optional and cost the same amount, and the additional benefits of TimeClick Unlimited memberships are awarded for maintaining the membership. All customers purchasing the software as of December 1, 2018 are enrolled in TimeClick Unlimited. If a customer opts out of the TimeClick Unlimited membership after their first year of owning the software there is no re-entry, and purchasing an Annual Support Plan will be the same price but not include the free version upgrades. What does the Annual Support Plan include?

With the Annual Support Plan, a customer has access to unlimited telephone support, email support, and live chat support.

What are the hours of technical support availability?

Our technicians are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

How responsive is the TimeClick technical support?

If a question is emailed during our business hours it normally takes 1 hour to get a response. All phone calls are answered within 15 seconds or given a call back within the business day. If the question is elevated to a level 2 technician, the resolution to an issue may take up to 24 to 48 hours but we will keep you updated on the status of your question as needed throughout that time.

How long does TimeClick Unlimited membership or Annual Support Plans last?

Both last one year (365 days). TimeClick Unlimited must be renewed within 14 days of expiration to avoid losing access to free version upgrades, and license-size increase discounts.

What if I choose not to renew the TimeClick Unlimited membership after 14 days past its expiration?

In the event that you need technical assistance, you will have the option of purchasing a per incident fee. If you decide you would like to re-enroll in annual support, you can enroll in the Annual Support Plan for a year's worth of unlimited support, but you cannot re-enroll into TimeClick Unlimited.
