Upgrading Your Time Clock

We're excited for you to use TimeClick 2019 (TC19) to improve your time tracking experience!
There are some great new features added with more on the way. Upgrading is a simple process that only takes a couple minutes per computer.

System requirements: the TimeClick server must be on Windows 7 or newer/Windows Server 2008 or newer. TimeClick workstations can either be Windows 7 or newer or installed on a Mac.

Upgrade Instructions

TimeClick Server

  1. Download the upgrade file
  2. Run the upgrade installer
  3. Click through the install wizard
  4. Open TimeClick
  5. Call or email our support team with the following info to register your new version:
    • Company Name
    • Your Name
    • Phone Number
    • TC19's Serial Number (found by clicking Days Left on Trial in TC19)

    We will respond with your registration code within one business day

  1. Download the upgrade file
  2. Run the upgrade installer
  3. Click through the install wizard
  4. Open TimeClick

Mac TimeClick Workstations (beta)

  1. Download the install file
  2. Right click installer file
  3. Select Open
  4. You may receive a notification that the installer is from an unknown developer. Select Run Anyway.
  5. Click through the install wizard
  6. Open TimeClick
