The Punctuality Report is a break down of an employee’s time clock actions. This allows the administrator to view employee trends by marking a clock action as early, on time, or late. The Punctuality Report determines this by using the schedule that the administrator has set for each employee and comparing it to the actual time clock event. - Log into the Admin mode within TimeClick
- Click on the Report Center in the navigation bar
- Under Select a Report, click the drop down array and select Punctuality Report
- In the Punctuality Report Settings you may either keep the default settings or explore more options and customize the report to you
- Select one of these three options; View Report, Save as PDF, or Save as CSV
