TimeClick Software Reviews

I have been using the Timeclick Software for a few months. It is so much better than using ordinary time cards where employees wrote messages I could not read. Any issues I have had have been quickly resolved. It was just a matter of me learning the software and having my employees use it correctly. It has been very beneficial for our company and I would highly recommend it.

I work as a third party IT support for a Dental office that uses the TimeClick software and they have not had any issues for the 3 years or so I have been supporting my client with the software. We manage the database created by TimeClick and updates and migrations have all gone smoothly. Each Time I've needed to call for support I am on the line with a person very quickly and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Updates and moving to new servers is quick and easy. Be aware that updates and migrations should be done during support hours as you need a registration code. Chat support is a fast and easy way to get answers to upgrade and migration questions as well as emailing support directly at support@timeclick.com

Pros: As part of a third party IT provider we do not personally utilize the software but updates and software setup is excellent. We did not have any issues moving from windows 7 workstations to windows 10 which is always helpful.

Cons: No cons from the IT perspective, no calls from users about issues with the software

TimeClick was a great solution for keeping track of employee hours when I was in charge of a small team at a separate production facility from the rest of the company. I loved the clear formatting of the PDF reports that I could send to our controller for processing of the hours. We only switched away from using TimeClick because our location became integrated with the Revel POS that the rest of the company is using and the team was able to clock in/out on that instead.

Pros: The support staff is wonderful and easy to work with; goes out of there to help and feel confident in the information and instructions they give over the phone or thru connection.

Cons: dont have one because if I did, they fixed it

Pros: I liked that the software was easy to use and tracked my hours correctly.

Cons: I never had a negative experience and thought the software was put together nicely.

My overall experience with TimeClick is very good, and I would certainly recommend it for someone who doesn't mind a server based platform for their time tracking software.

Pros: TimeClick is easy to use, their support team is very good and extremely response. The price is nice as well.

Cons: TimeClick is server based, and I would prefer a cloud option...but cloud options are a lot more pricey.

Overall experience as been good so for nothing to complain about

Cons: This app as not shown any thing I can report now the been issue free

Cons: I wish there was a way to easily send the payroll reports through Timeclick to our accountant.

Great Product!

Pros: Time Click is an excellent product. It has saved me time and energy when calculating hours for payroll. It is very user friendly and the support staff is fantastic! Definitely worth your time and investment. In business, it's great to work with the combination of a helpful product and a wonderful service team.

Cons: Not too much for what I use the product for. Sometimes I have had trouble with updates, however the tech support staff resolves my issue quickly and efficiently.

We have used TimeClick successfully for years and like it very much.

Cons: There is nothing about the product that we don't like.

Cons: I would like to get more knowledge in the program and eventually would love to integrate it with my payroll software.

We've used TimeClick for about 3 years and it is extremely cost effective and has the same functionality as the more expensive options. The customer service is above exceptional and they are willing to help and walk you through any issues that you might have.

Perfect for small businesses! Overall, TimeClick was a better alternative for us to switch to. It made switching easy, and managing and logging hours even easier for not just me, but our whole business!

Pros: TimeClick is wonderful for time logging and emplyee attendance. Ever since switching from QuickBooks, TimeClick has offered a better way for us to log our attendance and time on the clock in an easy manner. All of the employees have no issues with it and have said how easy it is to use!

Cons: There hasn't been anything that we have not liked about TimeClick. Everything has been smooth sailing!

Easy to Navigate. Great customer service

Pros: Allowing employees to be in charge of their own time management

Cons: As the administrator, there are things that are not used often, so I will have to call to verify how to implement a feature

Easiest, and Powerful, TimeClock Software out there. My employee times are now accurate! Way more accurate than before! And at a very low, one-time cost. Processing payroll is so quick with TimeClick's reports.

Pros: TimeClick is super easy to setup, is very intuitive, and understandable. It's quick to set up, too. It has a lot of custom features you can setup for complex time tracking situations, but works well with our basic time tracking situation, too. Their customer service is AMAZING! Quick, on point, real people.

Cons: It doesn't work on MACs (yet). I wish the messaging feature could sync with my email so when an employee writes me I would know even if I'm not at work.

My Opinion. Very good! Ease of use for staff to clock in and out. Also for me as the administrator for fixing problems with staff clocking in and out and reports.

Pros: I like that it is internet based. We have very few problems with connection and performance.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of . Although I do need to utilize the system more for time off, vacation of employees etc.

TimeClick helps us managing various departments including HR, Design, Finance, Development, marketing etc. Different people have different office timings according to their department. This helps us define the right time schedule from back-end for each employee. It helps an employee to add their time in and out logs easily.

Great way to manage the clocking in and out of employees. Earlier I used to use another company's software for the clocking in and out of my organization but since I have started using timeclick, the process has become much easier. Unlike the other company I dont need a specific VPN to access it, there is a mobile app in this application, you buy once and can use forever, the UI is much simpler, plainer and intuitive an there is constant customer support attached to it.

Cons: Maybe the functionality for adding project related hours should be added here. In general apart from just clocking in and clocking out, the app should also provide the functionality of letting each person add the spending hours on a project, in a day of like 8 hours, which projects they worked on and others. That would be cool.

One stop shop for attendance software. It goes above and beyond your average time in attendance software. Not only does it track the time in attendance but you're able to view the data in different ways such as graphics. It gives a visual form that is easy to read and understand

Cons: I don't find a lot of downsides to the software. It could be a little more user-friendly in terms of the layout but once you get the hang of it is easy to use

Great software for businesses! It was easy to transition from our previously logging software to this one. My employees find it better and less time consuming to log in their times and shifts. This software is helpful and lets us know who has logged in and who has not.

Cons: From the previous software we used to use, this software is definitely better and we don't see any flaws about the software itself. The software provides us a faster and complex way to input the employees' shift times. We are able to work more efficiently with thieves software than any other software.

Essential time tracking for employees. Great performance for the in- and out tracking of the employees in the company. A good possibility to use it also for abroad employees with their business smartphone they can opt in and out.

Cons: The managing administrative dashboard allows a live view of the trackings of the current day but in the report you will only see all the data from yesterday and the days before - often it would be nice to see also the live data from the current day in the reports.

It is very easy to handle and you learn to use it very quickly. From the beginning you can see this software that has a very easy and affordable interface. The learning curve is very nice. In addition, in the control part, it has many analytical options in which you can fully observe the hours related to work and the effectiveness that each of the work members develop and thus be able to make decisions. It is also very useful to estimate the cost of each employee's overtime or delays and everything related to work time. It is very easy as each one can enter and register

Cons: What I could mention here is that the version we have (and the only one offered by the provider) is that it is not cloud based. Therefore, that can bring complications in relation to security, backup and collation between different locations where it is applied. But if the company that acquires this service knowing that it does not have any cloud-based service, then it will have a good time tracking system.

Best software for Time and Attendance system. The best thing is one can easily check the work hours of the employees. It is also very easy to generates reports based on the work hour of the employees. Graphical reports generated by TimeClick is really very helpful and it saves a lot of time. Also, it is very simple to generate and see the payroll of the employees. Basically, It is very easy and quick way to keep track of the hours of working and creating the payroll.

Cons: There is nothing bad about the TImeClick. But TimeClick interface can be a improved a little more. Sometime it felt like the User Interface is too complicated to operate.

My Timeclick experience as a department manager. Time quick is very efficient in regard to maintaining an organized and efficient timesheet. The most valuable aspect regards the ability to see detailed hours and requests. Which allows for easier methods of requesting time off, and to calculate upcoming paychecks. Managers and upper management can approve the requests directly and makes it easier for both parties involved to work better.

Cons: There are very few things to dislike. The software interface is a bit dated so it lags at times. other than that it is mostly positive.

Timeclick is a great tool for time tracking. Timeclick is a clock app that is easy to use and saves time and money, it helps users track employee clock in and clock out, that Is a great way of monitoring employees, it is great for organizations and business's, its user interface is great

Cons: It features are not for big businesses, it fits only for small scale business.

Impressive. It is very easy to keep track of work times in a more precise way. It is very easy to set up and very simple to understand. It has many customizable features that you can configure for complex time tracking situations.

Cons: The only bad thing is that it doesn't work with MAC devices. It would be great if it had that capability.

TimeClick best app to keep your time flexible. What I like the best of the app is that it's not difficult to use or to manage and it actually helps you to keep your time flexible have more time free and extra time to do anything's you have to do and I'll recommended to those who work or are at school or in any sport because it helps you balance your routine the best!

Cons: What do I dislike the most about this app? Well I actually don't have a dislike because I've been having it for a long time and it has never given me problems with it

Best time keeping. I like that fact that time click has always been accurate with me clicking in I've never missed a punch to work and it's easy to readjust times when your colleagues are running late definitely recommend to any start up business such as myself

Cons: There's nothing to not like everything is pretty straightforward and easy to access even when we first started using this time clicking system it was about a few minutes to set up with new hires

Smooth Software. I really enjoyed Timeclick because in my past experiences with time tracking software they have always been very glitchy and caused my computer to lag. Timeclick was absolutely solid. I couldn't tell it was running and had no catches where my pointer jumped around the screen.

Cons: I honestly can't think of one thing about this software that caused me any issues.

Great service. Very easy, I can monitor my time, the layout helps me track all of my employees hours.

Cons: So far I don't have any negative feedback, As I've just started using timeclick

Works Well For Our Company!! Overall, the software has improved since we first started using it a year ago. It works good enough for our company's needs.

Pros: I like that I can make adjustments easily and have the employees contact me through the software.

Cons: That it is not available for Administrative online access and that it doesn't send real emails to my email inbox. I cannot maintain accrued PTO hours for salaried employees!

Time Click is a huge time saver for our office. We started with Time Click a little over a year ago and I am so glad we did. Payroll day is much easier for me to process quickly and efficiently. The system is very user friendly and the customer service is outstanding. Anytime we have a question, they always have the answer. We are extremely satisfied with the results from Time Click and would highly recommend this system to any office!

Timeclick is a great product and well worth the money for what you get. It is easy for my employees to use and for me to run the reports I need for payroll. Most of all I love their customer service and support. They are helpful and friendly and it is so nice to be able to speak to a live person each time I call.

I have been using timeclick for more than two years. I print the employee hours every two weeks. I do corrections as needed when an employee forgets to clock out. It is the easiest system that I used in the past 15 years for my medical office. Helps to avoid buddy punching. Recommended without reservations!!!

Timeclick is very user friendly for Administration as well as our employees. It is also a very cost effective Timekeeping software. There are no monthly fees.

I find this product very helpful for tracking our employee hours even though we are a small company and do not take advantage of all of its features.

So glad we found TimeClick. It's easy to use and rarely have any issues, but when I do they are resolved quickly. A product is only as good as the service behind it. I love the fact that I can call in anytime and get help right away. Any issue is usually resolved in a few minutes.

Software works very very well and is easy to use. Everyone I have worked with at TimeClick has been extremely helpful, I wish other companies had tech support like TimeClick, we don't have to use their tech support very often, but when we do, they are AWESOME! Excellent customer service - Drew S. was extremely helpful, actually worked with me on New Years Eve and called me back the next week as he promised. This program works great for our office - is very affordable, and works well. I have only needed help with updates (which they take care of with no problem), I highly recommend TimeClick and Drew S!

We've been using TimeClick software at our childcare center for over 3 years now & we absolutely love it! From the ease of use, to the great features they are constantly adding, we could not have found a better system for our needs. We've been using TimeClick since 2013. It's super easy to use and the support team is fantastic. I've only needed the support team twice (besides calling in the beginning regarding annual renewals). Once because I was unsure of how to format a report, and the other was for today. I was unable to open the program. I called TimeClick and was able to get right through just like always. They were able to log on to my computer to easily correct my issue while being super friendly! When our company began looking for an employee time card solution back in 2013, I'm very happy I trusted what I read online about TimeClick and picked them for our needs. I was unsure about the necessity of a program requiring annual fees to renew, but it's been worth it. We're happy. They've been a very easy company to work with. As a senior HR manager (SPHR), I recommend TimeClick.

Our company has used TimeClick for 3 years. We have had very very little issues with the program. It works great and makes running payroll very easy. Every time (about 4 in 3 years) that I had to call for technical support the team there is courteous, fast and efficient. Grant helped me today and it only took 8min to fix the issue!!! Great company!

Bobby was simply amazing - we had some issues but after his help we were able to save our database of info and it runs like a champ. Highly recommend this software for the amazing and timely service. Their tech support is the best!

As a managed services provider, working with TimeClick's support team on troubleshooting and upgrading has been an extremely pleasant experience. They have super quick response times, are very knowledgeable, and are easy to work with. I was having issues with all my TimeClick workstations. I worked with Drew and he was able to diagnose all the issues and correct them quickly and efficiently. He also gave me instructions on how to move my TimeClick server to my new computer when the time comes. I am extremely happy with the service he provided today!

I worked with Luke the last 2 days and I have to tell you that I have never had a support rep assist me the way Luke did.
