I have been using the Timeclick Software for a few months. It is so much better than using ordinary time cards where employees wrote messages I could not read. Any issues I have had have been quickly resolved. It was just a matter of me learning the software and having my employees use it correctly. It has been very beneficial for our company and I would highly recommend it.

I work as a third party IT support for a Dental office that uses the TimeClick software and they have not had any issues for the 3 years or so I have been supporting my client with the software. We manage the database created by TimeClick and updates and migrations have all gone smoothly. Each Time I've needed to call for support I am on the line with a person very quickly and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Updates and moving to new servers is quick and easy. Be aware that updates and migrations should be done during support hours as you need a registration code. Chat support is a fast and easy way to get answers to upgrade and migration questions as well as emailing support directly at support@timeclick.com
Pros: As part of a third party IT provider we do not personally utilize the software but updates and software setup is excellent. We did not have any issues moving from windows 7 workstations to windows 10 which is always helpful.
Cons: No cons from the IT perspective, no calls from users about issues with the software
TimeClick was a great solution for keeping track of employee hours when I was in charge of a small team at a separate production facility from the rest of the company. I loved the clear formatting of the PDF reports that I could send to our controller for processing of the hours. We only switched away from using TimeClick because our location became integrated with the Revel POS that the rest of the company is using and the team was able to clock in/out on that instead.

Pros: Time Click is an excellent product. It has saved me time and energy when calculating hours for payroll. It is very user friendly and the support staff is fantastic! Definitely worth your time and investment. In business, it's great to work with the combination of a helpful product and a wonderful service team.
Cons: Not too much for what I use the product for. Sometimes I have had trouble with updates, however the tech support staff resolves my issue quickly and efficiently.

Perfect for small businesses! Overall, TimeClick was a better alternative for us to switch to. It made switching easy, and managing and logging hours even easier for not just me, but our whole business!
Pros: TimeClick is wonderful for time logging and emplyee attendance. Ever since switching from QuickBooks, TimeClick has offered a better way for us to log our attendance and time on the clock in an easy manner. All of the employees have no issues with it and have said how easy it is to use!

Easiest, and Powerful, TimeClock Software out there. My employee times are now accurate! Way more accurate than before! And at a very low, one-time cost. Processing payroll is so quick with TimeClick's reports.
Pros: TimeClick is super easy to setup, is very intuitive, and understandable. It's quick to set up, too. It has a lot of custom features you can setup for complex time tracking situations, but works well with our basic time tracking situation, too. Their customer service is AMAZING! Quick, on point, real people.
Cons: It doesn't work on MACs (yet). I wish the messaging feature could sync with my email so when an employee writes me I would know even if I'm not at work.
My Opinion. Very good! Ease of use for staff to clock in and out. Also for me as the administrator for fixing problems with staff clocking in and out and reports.
Pros: I like that it is internet based. We have very few problems with connection and performance.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of . Although I do need to utilize the system more for time off, vacation of employees etc.
TimeClick helps us managing various departments including HR, Design, Finance, Development, marketing etc. Different people have different office timings according to their department. Great way to manage the clocking in and out of employees. Earlier I used to use another company's software for the clocking in and out of my organization but since I have started using timeclick, the process has become much easier. Unlike the other company I dont need a specific VPN to access it, there is a mobile app in this application, you buy once and can use forever, the UI is much simpler, plainer and intuitive an there is constant customer support attached to it.
Cons: Maybe the functionality for adding project related hours should be added here. In general apart from just clocking in and clocking out, the app should also provide the functionality of letting each person add the spending hours on a project, in a day of like 8 hours, which projects they worked on and others. That would be cool.
One stop shop for attendance software. It goes above and beyond your average time in attendance software. Not only does it track the time in attendance but you're able to view the data in different ways such as graphics. It gives a visual form that is easy to read and understand
Cons: I don't find a lot of downsides to the software. It could be a little more user-friendly in terms of the layout but once you get the hang of it is easy to use
Great software for businesses! It was easy to transition from our previously logging software to this one. My employees find it better and less time consuming to log in their times and shifts. This software is helpful and lets us know who has logged in and who has not.

It is also very easy to generates reports based on the work hour of the employees. Graphical reports generated by TimeClick is really very helpful and it saves a lot of time. My Timeclick experience as a department manager. Time quick is very efficient in regard to maintaining an organized and efficient timesheet. The most valuable aspect regards the ability to see detailed hours and requests. Which allows for easier methods of requesting time off, and to calculate upcoming paychecks. Managers and upper management can approve the requests directly and makes it easier for both parties involved to work better.

Time Click is a huge time saver for our office. We started with Time Click a little over a year ago and I am so glad we did. Payroll day is much easier for me to process quickly and efficiently. The system is very user friendly and the customer service is outstanding. Anytime we have a question, they always have the answer. We are extremely satisfied with the results from Time Click and would highly recommend this system to any office!
Timeclick is a great product and well worth the money for what you get. It is easy for my employees to use and for me to run the reports I need for payroll. Most of all I love their customer service and support. They are helpful and friendly and it is so nice to be able to speak to a live person each time I call.
I have been using timeclick for more than two years. I print the employee hours every two weeks. I do corrections as needed when an employee forgets to clock out. It is the easiest system that I used in the past 15 years for my medical office. Helps to avoid buddy punching. Recommended without reservations!!!

We've been using TimeClick since 2013. It's super easy to use and the support team is fantastic. I've only needed the support team twice (besides calling in the beginning regarding annual renewals). Once because I was unsure of how to format a report, and the other was for today. I was unable to open the program. I called TimeClick and was able to get right through just like always. They were able to log on to my computer to easily correct my issue while being super friendly! When our company began looking for an employee time card solution back in 2013, I'm very happy I trusted what I read online about TimeClick and picked them for our needs. I was unsure about the necessity of a program requiring annual fees to renew, but it's been worth it. We're happy. They've been a very easy company to work with. As a senior HR manager (SPHR), I recommend TimeClick.
Our company has used TimeClick for 3 years. We have had very very little issues with the program. It works great and makes running payroll very easy. Every time (about 4 in 3 years) that I had to call for technical support the team there is courteous, fast and efficient. Grant helped me today and it only took 8min to fix the issue!!!
