- Enter break or lunch time. Add hours and/or minutes (e.g., 0 hrs 30 min). Breaks are automatically subtracted from your daily total.
- Set your overtime rules. Enter daily (e.g., 8 hrs) and/or weekly (e.g., 40 hrs) thresholds. The free time card calculator flags overtime above those limits and uses whichever rule yields more OT for the week.
