TimeClick has a very customizable display. You can limit the display to certain individuals, departments, or by jobs. The display can be toggled to hide peoples time and date, keeping it private. Or if you want everything private, you are able to turn the display off completely. Employees would still be able to clock in and out but would need to use the search bars in the bottom right corner.
Limiting the display to certain individuals is a great way of preventing employees from clocking in and out on other computers that may not be theirs or are not within their department. It is also a great way of keeping information private and exclusive. Each display is unique to the TimeClick station it is on, so you can set up stations for individuals or departments and still make your admin station show all departments or individuals.
