After helping thousands of businesses like yourself, TimeClick LE has officially decided to retire. But don’t fret, he will be passing the torch on to a worthy successor. Her name is TimeClick 19.
As of January 1, 2020, all LE versions of TimeClick will no longer be supported. This includes versions LE, LE SP1, LE 12, and LE 16.
Here’s why we’re discontinuing TimeClick LE
- LE versions are part of an old program designed in 2010 which can’t be patched. In other words, no updates. That means the same problem can happen over, and over, and over…
- On our end, it’s difficult and time consuming to train new team members on all the ins-n-outs of both our new and old versions of TimeClick
- While we love talking to you and our other customers, the majority of technical issue calls, chats, and emails are because of LE issues
Here’s why you should update to TimeClick 19
TimeClick 19 isn’t just easier and more intuitive than LE versions (and that’s saying something). It also has a number of new and highly requested features from customers like yourself.

Ummm…I’m on Version 10?
If the TimeClick icon on your desktop is red or yellow, you’re on version 10.
TimeClick version 10 is an old version of TimeClick that, already for years, has not been supported. If you’re still running it, props to you for making it last so long, but we also encourage you to upgrade! Version 10 is not compatible with the latest versions of Windows.
If a version 10 needs to be converted, we simply charge an $89 tech fee regardless of whether or not you have a TimeClick Unlimited Membership. This is because it involves a tedious upgrade process that only an experienced rep on our end can perform, and typically takes a few hours.
