There are times where you may notice TimeClick is running slow. The most common version that this happens with is TimeClick 2018.
If this is true in your case, then you will need to upgrade your version of TimeClick. If you have our Unlimited Plan, this will come at no cost to you! If you don’t have an Unlimited Plan, there is a fee for the version upgrade but we will be happy to work with you.

If you are not running version 18, but are on either a higher version, or if the solution to upgrading didn’t work, feel free to try to clean up the PC as normal. We recommend contacting your IT person if this is the case, but that are some things you can do on your own.
