If your company is growing, congratulations! We want to accommodate your needs which is why we allow upgrades in license size. Licenses come in packages or groups of computers. They are as follows
- Single Computer – One computer, unlimited employees tracked (Prime)
- 2 – 5 Computers (Premium)
- 6 – 10 Computers (Plus)
- 11 – 25 Computers (Platinum)
- 26 – 50 Computers (Pro)
- Unlimited
Any license size larger than a Single Computer license is considered a Network license because multiple computers communicate with one another across your local network. For more information visit our pricing page.
So let’s say you got the 2-5 Computer license a year ago and have since hired two more employees with their own computers. You can upgrade to the 6-10 Computer license for only $100. The cost of upgrading your Annual Support plan or Unlimited membership coverage along with the size change is only the difference between the two plan sizes.
Once you have purchased the license size upgrade you will need to contact our Support team here at TimeClick in order to update your license. The process is fast and simple, we will need access to the computer that is the TimeClick Server for a couple of minutes while we make some adjustments. Doing this will involve utilizing a Remote Desktop application and may also require you to notify your IT department or provider to allow us access.
