Reports are the bread and butter of TimeClick. TimeClick has a large variety of customizable reports to fit all of your companies needs. Here is a quick list of what reports are available:
- Hours Report: Most detailed, common, and customizable employee hours report.
- Legacy Hours Report: A report built to look similar to the hours report within any legacy version of TimeClick.
- Summary Report: A quick glimpse of everyone’s total hours within the date range, hours are split by type in individual columns.
- Condensed Hours Report: A detailed hours report which has been condensed to conserve paper.
- Accrued Time History Report: A record of every time action entered in TimeClick and any accrued time deductions or times awarded.
- Department Report: Hours reported by department instead of employee.
- Job Report: Hours reported by job instead of employee.
- Payroll Projection Report: Estimation of how much payroll will cost. It breaks down employee hours and multiplies them by the employees wage rate, or department wage rate.
- Attendance Report: Breakdown each employees attendance.
- Punctuality Report: Breakdown of early, on time, late clock actions for each employee.
- Employee Information Report: All employee information stored within TimeClick.
All reports within TimeClick have settings which allow you to customize what appears on the report. Thus giving you the opportunity to optimize the report before passing it over to your payroll department.
