In each version of TimeClick there are different errors that may appear. In our newest versions like TimeClick 21, most errors from previous versions have been resolved. However, if you still do encounter an error, follow the steps below to resolve it. Two sections are created below. The first is for TimeClick 2018 through TimeClick 2021. The second is for the Legacy versions of TimeClick (LE).
TimeClick 2018 – 2021
If you hit an error, we first recommend you update the software on the server and on the workstations, and after check if that error appears. As mentioned above, most errors will be resolved by simply getting up to date. If the error persists then contact us to get it resolved.

TimeClick LE, LE SP1, LE 12, LE 16
All errors that occur within these versions have been resolved within the latest version of TimeClick, thus, we recommend you upgrade. Please contact us to get information on how much upgrading will cost or if you qualify for free upgrades.
