This problem is usually caused by your default PDF viewer. What this article will have you do is change your default PDF viewer to see if we get the same result. If you do then the next step is to make sure you are on the latest version of TimeClick. Below are instructions for changing your default PDF viewer.
- Using your Windows search bar type in default apps
- Click default apps which will then open a default apps window
- Scroll down until you see an option that says Choose default apps by file type and click it
- On the left will be the list of file types. Scroll down until you see the file type .pdf
- To the right of the .pdf click the square icon and click one of the options in the list. We recommend clicking Google Chrome or Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Try opening a report within TimeClick now
