Uninstalling TimeClick, employee time tracking software, is a quick and easy process. If you are uninstalling your TimeClick server make sure to create a backup of your TimeClick database before proceeding. Click here for instructions on how to backup your database. If you are uninstalling the TimeClick server in order to move the database please see those instructions as there are additional steps.
Uninstall Process:
- Using your Windows search bar in the bottom left corner of your screen type in “Control Panel”
- Click the top option called “Control Panel”
- Click “Programs and Features” or “Uninstall a program”
- Scroll down the list of programs until you see TimeClick
- Right Click on TimeClick and click “Uninstall/Change”
- Then click yes to the “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device” if it pops up.
- A window asking if you want to remove all modules will pop up. Click yes
- If you are on the TimeClick server it will ask if you want to delete your TimeClick database. If you backed up the database and put it in a safe location then click yes.
- The Uninstall process will begin. Do not interrupt it. At the end Click OK
