Any license for more than 1 device is considered a Network license because multiple computers communicate with one another across your local network. For more information visit our pricing page.
So let’s say you bought the 5 device license a year ago and now need 10 devices. You only pay the difference between the two sizes: $999 minus $749, so the upgrade costs $250. If you have TimeClick Unlimited, moving its coverage to the larger size also costs only the difference between the two sizes.
Once you have purchased the license size upgrade you will need to contact our Support team here at TimeClick in order to update your license. The process is fast and simple, we will need access to the computer that is the TimeClick Server for a couple of minutes while we make some adjustments. Doing this will involve utilizing a Remote Desktop application and may also require you to notify your IT department or provider to allow us access.
