Yes, each crew member can clock in from the TimeClick mobile app on their own iOS or Android device. You can also set up a shared tablet as a kiosk at a job site or trailer. Note that the TimeClick mobile app requires an active TimeClick Support Plan + 2-device license or higher. Your first year of the Support Plan is included free with any license purchase.
The TimeClick server runs on your own Windows PC and doesn’t need the internet for desktop clock-ins. Mobile clock-ins do need an internet connection to sync to your server.
No. TimeClick is priced per device, not per employee. Add as many crew members as you need without any increase in your license cost.
Yes. Assign employees to departments or job codes and they select it at every clock-in. You can filter any report by site, job code, or date range.
