Download and install TimeClick on any Windows 8+ computer. That machine becomes your time clock server. All data stays on your hardware. Nothing goes to a cloud server.

Add your employees

Enter each employee’s name and set up their department and overtime rules. Add as many as you need. There’s no per-user fee.

Employees clock in

Each person selects their name, picks their department, and taps Clock In. The whole thing takes about 10 seconds. Mobile clock-in is also available if you need it.

Run your payroll report

At the end of each pay period, pull a time report. Overtime is flagged, breaks are deducted. Export and hand it to payroll.

Yes. TimeClick tracks daily and weekly overtime based on your rules and flags it on every report. You’ll see it before payroll runs.

Yes, with an active TimeClick Support Plan and a 2-device license or higher. The Support Plan is free in year one with any license purchase. Each phone counts as one device on your license.

No. TimeClick is a one-time purchase starting at $299. A Support Plan (which allows for free upgrades, software support, and access to the mobile app) is included free for your first year after any license purchase and is optional to renew from $149/yr after that. The software keeps working even if you don’t renew.

TimeClick exports payroll-ready files for QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, and ADP. Select your provider from the dropdown and export. If you use a different provider, let us know! We may be able to integrate them as well.
