TimeClick’s Time Tracking App: Enabling the Mobile Feature

The TimeClick mobile feature was introduced in version 21.0.0.0 to allow the capability of clocking in and out from a remote device. There are two requirements when using our mobile feature:

  1. Takes up a license
  2. Must have the TimeClick Unlimited Membership Plan

How to Enable TimeClick Mobile

You will need to take the following steps to set up TimeClick Mobile:

  1. Open Admin
  2. Go to Preferences in the left hand Navigation Column
  3. Select the Fourth Tab labeled Mobile
  4. Check the Enable Mobile Features box
  5. Create a Remote Username
  6. Create a Remote Password
  7. We recommend checking Use this servers time for all mobile devices
  8. Click the Save button
