Upgrading
Upgrading can mean upgrading to the latest major version of TimeClick or upgrading to a larger license size. Both options are great for growing your company and streamlining your time tracking/payroll process. Below is a quick break down of the types of upgrading with links to more information.
Major updates of TimeClick are released every year and are included within the TimeClick Unlimited Membership. Otherwise there is a fee for upgrading versions. All your TimeClick data is converted and transferred in upgrading versions. For more information about Upgrading to the Newest Version of TimeClick click here.
Increasing to a larger license size allows you to put TimeClick on more computers within your local network. This means that you can set up multiple workstations for employees to clock in and out on. You could also set up TimeClick on your computer for quick and easy access to reports, employee information and times. Updating
Updating TimeClick versions and Upgrading TimeClick versions are two different things. When we say Updating we are referring to minor updates that are released frequently for a specific version of TimeClick. You may be on TimeClick 2019 but the full version name indicates what update you are on. For example your full version may look like TimeClick 2019.0.0.1. These smaller updates are released every few weeks as we develop new features and fix small bugs. Currently TimeClick 2021 is receiving frequent updates.
