TimeClick installations by default are set to start a 14 day trial. The trial simply means that TimeClick is not registered and is on a grace period for both people who are testing TimeClick for the first time and current customers who are upgrading to the latest version of TimeClick. In the process of upgrading TimeClick occasionally the last part of registering is overlooked. Either way, getting TimeClick registered is easy. Below are instructions on how.

Contact us either by email, live chat, or by phone so we can get your new registration. Make sure to have this information on hand if you have it.
- Serial number, which can be found if you click I have already purchased on the registration screen
- Transfer key, if you were upgrading from an old version of TimeClick
- Company name
