What does a 912 Error Mean?
This is a registration error. Contact our support team at (435) 753-4102 ext. 2 to resolve this issue.
Installation Error 51, 41, or 340
This is most likely due to a firewall or antivirus blocking TimeClick or a network issue. Make sure an exception is made for TimeClick on your firewall/antivirus.
Will I lose my data if I upgrade or move computers?
No, if you upgrade your software on your computer, your data will automatically be transferred. If you move your server computer, make sure your data is backed up and your server is unregistered. Read this article for more information.
What do I do if I forgot my admin password?
If you forgot your admin password, don’t worry. Just give us a call at (435) 753-4102 ext. 2 and we can help you reset your admin password.
What is my IP address?
Search for Command Prompt (it should be a black screen) and type in “ipconfig” and hit enter. Then look for your IPv4 address. This is the IP address TimeClick uses.
What’s my TimeClick version?
On the top left of your TimeClick software, hover over Help. Then click About TimeClick. This will show you your current TimeClick version.
